Cancellation Policy

Appointment Expectations: The Virtual Skin Review Call is designed to provide skincare guidance, discuss concerns, and help determine the best next steps for your skincare journey. Detailed customized routines, full corrective protocols, and advanced product recommendations are reserved for full consultation services and correction programs. In Bookings → Policies, enable: Card required 24-hour cancellation policy No-show fee (50%–100%) Late arrival policy Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before appointment Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time. Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on scheduling availability. No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Technology Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to Zoom and a stable internet connection prior to the appointment. Consultation Credit: The Skin Review Call fee may be applied toward a qualifying consultation or skincare program purchase within 7 days of the appointment.
